Let me start out by noting that tonight’s update does not contain the solution I’m talking about in this post, but I am working on the solution right now and it will be available very soon. Tonight’s update contains a fix for the search page command There has been a lot of frustration lately about the utter failure that has become of decaptcher and the high prices of ITT. I’ve been thinking on how to provide a sensible solution in a way that would quick and painless and not clutter up the interface of ubot with a bunch of redundant commands. Looking through the various captcha services, I noticed something interesting. Many of them, if not most of them, have a form based system, in which you navigate to a web page, upload the image file and an api key or something of the sort, hit submit, and it sends you back a solution. This forces me to think of how easy it would be to actually make a captcha reader in ubot. all one would have to do is utilize the “save element image” command and simply make a script to fill out the form. The only problem is that in order to do this, you would have to actually leave the page that the captcha is on, which would lose the captcha, and thus lose the purpose of decoding it. It’s kind of a shame, because it would be pretty easy to use a number of new services if there were only a way to navigate to a different page without losing your place on the page you’re decoding. This leads to my proposal. What I’d like to do is have a command that can contain other commands (the way that a loop, for instance, does). When the script gets to this container command, it will load a new webbrowser in a new window. Any command that is put into the container will be executed in the new webbrowser. This means you can run an entire mini script completely separately without disturbing your main script. Besides any number of other uses that I’m certain people will come up with, one fantastic use for this will be, of course, uploading a captcha image to a captcha reading service. What I’m essentially doing is enabling ubotters to make their own captcha solving commands using any service they’d like (as long as they have a web based system, which many do). I think this will be the least cluttered, least limiting solution to our captcha solving woes, and at the same time, it will enable our script to do more things that I probably haven’t even thought of. I’ll be working on this and I should have an implementation within a couple days. Let me know your thoughts.
3.122 – some basic usability and bug fixes
the first iteration of autosave was a little quirky, and well, lets face it, downright annoying. I’ve played with it a little to make it a little less save happy and to not interfere when you’re using the autoplay and autoclose functions. it will also not come up if you open ubot by double clicking a .ubot file. I also wrapped the keyboard commands in a generic error handler to get rid of those nasty errors people were getting when pasting sometimes. Finally, I fixed a bug that was keeping itt from working correctly.
Ver 3.112 – AutoSave in Da House!
Ladies and Gentlemen, this version introduces Auto-Save Feature for UBot Studio . No more loss of work because you forgot to save it. That is all. Enjoy! Keep posting your suggestions and ideas — we will keep adding them.

UBot Studio has had a period of explosive growth in last few months and we have more than 400 customers right now — and we are growing fast, gaining more UBotters every single day. With all this growth, there comes a responsibility to keep increasing the feature-set of software while making sure we provide top-notch support to the existing users. I have to say that we are very lucky to have an active UBotting Community on the forum that actively helps each other out. To all the active members on the forum for participating in the discussions — you know who you are and we really really appreciate it. UBot Studio would not be where it is not without the strong community behind it. However, there are a lot of support requests that customers don’t prefer to discuss in public. Until now the way was just to quickly shoot me an email and I would try to answer the email directly. Recently the number of emails that I have been getting are just pure overwhelming. As much as I love to help all of you, there are a lot of emails that can be answered a lot quicker by someone else on our technical team. While we would still prefer the forums to be first place where you ask the questions — as that documents the answer for other users — but if you still need to get in touch with me or someone from the technical team, we have now setup a ticketing system on http://support.ubotstudio.com When you submit a question through support system, we will have better control over making sure that your issue is addressed. This will make support a much cleaner and more organized process, and will ultimately let us serve your support needs more efficiently and effectively. Also, you don’t really need to create a separate account to create a ticket. Just go ahead and submit a ticket — that will work! I, Seth, will personally have my nose in the ticket system frequently, so this will fully replace my previous request of having you guys email me for support issues. Working with GMail Links in UBot Studio
Objective: How to open up emails in GMail and finding the links you want to click. Thanks Aaron for your amazing tutorial and the wonderful UBotTutorials.com
3.11009 – Image to Text, private proxies, ui changes
Big changes in this version. First, I’ve integrated Image to Text as an alternative captcha reader. you’ll see ITT chosen captcha and ITT reject captcha. Reject captcha will make itt refund your fee if the captcha was incorrect. More captcha readers will come soon. Private proxies are now usable in ubot. To use it, use change proxy as you normally would, and then follow it with the new “set proxy credentials”. Finally, I’ve made some pretty visible interface changes. Namely, I’ve made it so a box will appear around the node that is currently running. This should help a lot in debugging. Also, I’ve toned down the 3d effect of the nodes, which makes them much more readable. Node selection is now indicated with a dotted outline around the node. In the parameters window, I’ve condensed the basic text parameters to make them roughly half the size. As always, your feedback is appreciated! We really do listen to you guys, so keep telling us what you think of what’s there, and how we can keep improving! And last but not least, Merry Christmas everyone! -Seth
CrazyFlx’s UBot Studio Experiment!
DISCLAIMER : UBot Studio is not inherently a Blackhat or Whitehat tool. It is simply an automation tool. You can use it to automate virtually any kind of marketing methods – whitehat, blackhat, research, PPC, media buys and you name it! While browsing BlackHatWorld today, I came across a pretty interesting thread started by crazyflx. Basically, he is documenting his daily UBot Studio experiences. The main reason I’ve decided to go ahead and do this, is because I currently outsource roughly 2 – 3 software creation projects a month via ScriptLance and GetAFreelancer. I spend anywhere from $800 to $1200 a month on various different projects. If I can actually use this, I’ll be saving myself BUNDLES of money. I currently have one project specifically in mind, and I’m going to try to create it myself using uBot. I’ll give you guys a daily update on my progress using this software. I want to make it clear, I’m not coming into this with a “programming background” of any kind. I’m very familiar with iMacros and have created a number of tools with it, but I’m looking to make something a little more complicated, and I’m hoping that uBot is going to allow me to do it. I’ll let you guys know if it is clumsy, what the learning curve is like and basically just if the software is actually capable of doing what they say it can do on their website. I’m sure I’m going to need support at some point, so I’ll be able to let you guys know what their support is like also. I plan on being very fair in my review of Ubot, and if you guys have any questions about my progress, please feel free to post them on this thread. You can follow CrazyFlx’s thread here . First Progress Post: Then, I decided to just go ahead and get my hands dirty. Lots of trials and lots of errors ensued. However, the errors were not on the part of the software, but on my part. I’m really enjoying the software, and the learning curve IS NOT very steep. I’m actually going to have a SIMPLE working bot here in about 20 minutes (I’m pretty excited about it). It is a simple automated Page Rank checker/extractor. You see, I’ve got a list of about 10k pligg, scuttle, scuttleplus and PHPDugg sites that I want to “clean” (so I can use them with bookmark demon). I don’t know which sites work, which sites don’t, what each sites PR is, etc, etc. I’m going to use my bot to check all of the above (while I sleep). The program is incredibly stable, I haven’t had it crash once (I’m using Vista 32bit). I haven’t requested any support yet, but I’m sure I will in the near future. I’m starting with a simple project like an automated PR checker just to get a good working feel of the software. After I’m done, I plan on moving on to something of a MUCH bigger project. All in all so far, I’m really loving the software, and I can see that it’s capabilities, once fully understood, are going to surpass those of winautomation and imacros. Glad that you are liking UBot Studio CrazyFlx. Looking forward to your other posts!
Thanks for Your Kind Words!
I was genuinely surprised and felt a warm fuzzy feeling when Alex (alcr @ UBot Studio Forums) linked me to this Appreciation Thread . Thanks for your kind words and thanks to all the members active on the forums and helping each other. In my short time here UBot has gone through some drastic changes and this software is well on its way to be absolutely badass. I just know one thing about running a business – if we don’t care about our customers and don’t keep focusing on our core objective (which is to keep developing and enhancing a kick-ass software that lets you automate your marketing), we are toast! If we ever get sidetracked from this, don’t forget to remind us. =) And thanks again for your kind words – it is very encouraging to get this pat on the back.
We are Botting For Charity! Are You?
It never fails to amaze me what all people use UBot Studio for! In this season for giving, I found out two of our members who are using UBot Studio for charity. The first one is Swagbucks bot by Lauren a.k.a Turbolapp. She describes it as – One of those was a Swagbucks bot that will help me rack up the bucks which you can then exchange for, well, swag. Now the trick with these bots is to make it look human enough so that your account doesn’t get shutdown. Unfortunately that means it takes a while to rack up the bucks. With my bot running a maybe a third of the day I usually end up with a few bucks. I guess if I was to keep at this for days and days I could maybe one day wind up with an xbox or wii….or I could just donate the swag points to charity. …. Sign up under that link and I promise to donate all of my referral swagbucks to the Holiday Toy drive swagbucks.com: Swag Store You can read her complete post on WickedFire Forums and download her “Charity Bot” right there. In the same thread, Nevele also posted another “Charity Bot” which helps feed kids — 1 in 4 chance to donate 10 grains of rice every 4 to 11 seconds. You can download his bot in the same thread. Have you developed a bot with UBot Studio for the greater good? Let us know and we will feature it on UBot Studio’s Official Blog.
